If 1/2 point is worth 10 cents in basketball and football, what's it worth on a baseball total?

What is the moneyline equivelent if one book has 7 1/2 flat and the other has an 8? What would balance out the 8?

i would say 8 under -125. on the other side comparing the 7.5 flat to 7 i would say anywhere from 7 over -130 to -135. that's just my opinion, hope it was of help to you.

unabomber i was counting an extra 5 to ten cents for on and off the odd number total than the even number total. in my opinion the 7's 9's 11's are more likely to fall than the 8's and 10's. once again though that's just my opinion.

In football depends if you are buying on or off of 3.

Incidentally, Paula is right. EVen numbered totals are less likely, because a game can not end 3-3, 4-4, etc.

p.s. I would suggest using more descriptive titles. I would suggest a post title like "How much is half-run worth on a baseball total?" rather than "question for bookmakers or anyone for that matter." You will probably get more relevant responses.
